Sorry about the two truncated postings.
What I was going to say was that wetsel_r at msgcg.wustl.edu had a question about
using Sequenase on the ABI sequencer. Bruce Roe correctly replied that to use
Sequenase and dye-terminators, one needs to upgrade the sequencer with a five-
color filter wheel. However, if you want to use Sequenase with dye-primers,
no upgrade is necessary. You'll want to make sure you've got the kind of
template DNA that looks good with isotopic sequencing, but more of it (e.g.
2 ug of M13).
