Guessing DNA sizes after digestion

Try Don Gilbert's HyperCard stack "Gel Fragment Sizer". Works like a charm.
I believe it is at the IUBIO gopher at Indiana as well as our FTP site. Ask
Don for details at GILBERTD at BIO.INDIANA.EDU. The only problem I find is
that it cannot extrapolate distances outside the migration of the standards.
