Gram possitive lysis procedure

   Dear Colleagues:
   I would greatly appreciate if somebody could inform us about a
general procedure for Gram possitive bacteria lysis, in particular
for Bacillus species focused to obtain non denatured genomic DNA.
This is because it is well known that the lyzosime based procedures
do not work due to the Gram possitive cell wall structure.
