CJ236 F' episome ?

Can anyone support the rumor that there are genes necessary for transfer
of the cm marked F plasmid found in CJ236 on an additional pCYC based 
episome ? The cm marker seems to transfer well when CJ236 is mated with
a ung (uracil glycosylase) mutant, but the recipient does not appear to
be able to pass the marker on in matings to a third strain. The literature
on the background of this strain is relatively sketchy.

Any information on the construction of CJ236 greatly appreciated.
