Netters.... We've had good luck cleaning up PCR reactions for cycle sequencing on an ABI 373 using Amicon's Centricon-100s. It looks as if the Microcon-100s are a little more convenient to use because they can run on a bench top microfuge. Has anyone used the Microcons? What are your procedures?
