Hi there. Does anyone know the isoelectric point for mouse monoclonal IgM? Im trying to couple it to Biorads affigel 10 at pH 7.5 and not having any luck. Any comments would be greatly appreciated! Corinne (creimer at unixg.ubc.ca).
