Weight on southern stacks

I just use a small glass plate on top of my southern stacks to smooth out
the paper towels.  I find that any weights are unnecessary, and often can 
inhibit transfer by compressing the gel as pointed out earlier in thuis
discussion.  Bottom line is, If it works, what the heck, just do it.  :-)
