Concerning the PDB database - I use insightII quite a bit and would like to be able to have an index of the pdb entries. An index of the various entries would not be unmanagable and would be incredibly useful. Is it that hard to write a Unix script that will strip off the headers and compile them? Whoever is doing the PIR, is this possible??? Sincerely, pw
