Hi all We are trying to immmunoprecipitate (from total cell lysate) an epitope tagged protein using 50mMTris7.5, 150mMNacl, 2mM MgCl2, 1mMEDTA, 0.5%NP40. The epitope is the HA tag YPYDVPDYA with the MAb 12CA5. Does anyone have a better method for immunoprecipitation, and also44;1H western/insitu with this antibody. Many thanks Shoumo
