Dear Netters,
  We are in the process of trying the technique of Representational Difference
Analysis to look for differces in complex genomes.  A part from the original 
paper by Litsyn and Litsyn, we have noticed nothing in the literature about this
technique.  We would be very interested to hear about any experiences that anyone
has had try this technique.

I have also been surprised to see very little about the RDA technique. We are
going to try it out. We just received a detailed protocol from the Wigler lab. 
Discussion at the Gordon Conference this summer implied that it is very helpful.
