dNTPs in PCR

Sorry for the last posting, I hit the wrong key
Here is the question
While trouble-shooting a PCR rxn, we accidentally
added 8 times too much dNTPs (all four). This seemed
to inhibit the rxn. Is this likely, or did we do
something else wrong?
Thanks,
pat

We accidentally added 10 times too much dNTPs and got no amplification.
So it seems likely to me!
