First, thanks for all the testimonials on the benefits of TB over LB. Much
appreciated. Second, I'm aware of the literature on 'fed batch' technology
and wanted to join this to the present thread. E. coli have been grown up
to about 200g/L by fed batch technology- does anyone know if this enormous
yield also translates to gene expression? In our case, it didn't (which of
course makes TB the best alternative). Cheers, Shaun
