LB vs TB?

BIO 101 markets a product called "circlegrow" which they claim results
in a much higher OD and less cell death.  It sounds a lot like TB. 
What do you think is in Circlegrow?  Is it the same thing?  I would
wager that is is similar or the same as TB.
