Biotinylation of chicken lymphocyte cell surface proteins

HELLPPPPP!!!

	Has anyone out there had any success with biotinylating chicken
lymphocyte cell surface proteins? If so, could you please E-mail me the
conditions used, type of biotin, etc.. I'm sure that this is as easy as
falling off a log, but we can't even seem to do that!?!
