What's wrong with my cloning?---Help!

Dear Whoever,

In my experience with contaminating plasmids, if their is any excision of
bands from a gel on a UV box, thoroughly clean the UV box and excise bands
on top of plastic wrap so that DNA on the UV box, which is left behind from
all those gels, does not contaminate your prep.
