Dear all,

Just wondering!!
For our bacterial plates we put 40ul of 0.1M IPTG and 40ul of 40mg/ml in
3ml of HITOP agar - and this is okay to the bacteria.

No fancy ions etc... are added and the cells are not fixed.

Has anyone just tried adding 120ul of each to 10ml of cell culture media
then leave overnight/12hrs etc...!!!!!

Sounds simple, but may work.
