Searching for PCR primer

This may be a somewhat misplaced post, but I'm so impressed with the
expertise of everyone here...  :)

I would really like to find the sequence of the 3' end of the rat ligatin
gene.  Failing that, _any_ species would do.  I have a partial sequence for
human ligatin but I don't think it goes all the way to the poly-A tail.  
I've tried searching Genbank/EMBL and there's nothing there.

I need this to design a PCR primer.  If anyone has any help or suggestions, 
it would be much appreciated.
