Has anyone had success with this kit? We can't even get the control provided with the kit to work. We get no colonies, mutant or wildtype, from the procedure. We've checked the obvious things - the bugs are competent, etc - and still no luck. No help from Clonetech, whose technical support won't return our calls. Thanks for any advice. Bill
