Agrobacterium minipreps?

Hi.
	I've got some transformed Agrobacterium rhizogenes and I need a quick
way of checking that they're harbouring the correct construct, so I've got two
questions:

	1. Does anybody know if I can use chloramphenicol to amplify a
	pBIN19 derivative in Agrobacterium (I know this works in E.coli)?

	2. Does anyone have a quick miniprep proceedure that'll work for
	Agrobacterium?  The only method I've got takes an age, and I'm sure
	there must be a quicker way.
