I've been told you can get a much higher increase in the title of your libraries by using linkers instead of adaptors when cloning, probably due to the fact that linkers ligate with a better efficiency. Has anybody ever compared the title of his/her libraries made with linkers and/or adapters?. Any comments? Antonio R. Franco
