help tomato nuclear extract

Hi there, I am trying to do gel shift assay with a putative promoter  
element.  I need to get nuclear extracts from tomato leaves and roots. I  
have no experince at all on such kinds of experiments.  Is there anybody  
out there having an efficient protocol to isolate nuclear extracts from  
tomato leaves and roots? Please help, and any advices or tips on the  
experiments are appreciated.  Thanks ahead.
