Supershift of bZIP protein

	I am attempting to supershift a bZIP protein that I have cloned with an
antibody that is known to be good (it recognizes it on westerns and
immuno-precipitates it also.)  However I can't get a supershift to work.
There are no good references that I am aware of on supershifts. How much to
add? when do you add it? Do you alter the binding conditions?  Thanks alot
