Description:
Current medium for propagation: RPMI 1640 with 1 mM sodium
pyruvate, 5 fg/ml insulin and 5 fg/ml transferrin, 85%; FBS, 15%.
Additional Information: The hybridoma cell line 16M3F10 secretes
a human monoclonal antibody (IgG) that reacts with diphtheria
toxin. The line was produced by fusing P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cells
with human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (enriched for B
