It would be nice if there was a field for enzyme used to obtain successful
results and the buffer conditions under which that enzyme worked.  Eg., we're
finding that some enzymes are very Mg sensitive and others are DMSO sensitive;
one amplification did not work at 2.0mM MgCl but did at 2.5mM.  It seems the
most important parameters are [Mg] and whether or not DMSO was added (and how
much).
