Hi,

I am trying to determine the secondary structures of some RNA sequences 
and I am  hoping someone can suggest a good program for making structure
predictions. The sequences I am looking at are between 100 to
400 bases in length and I am currently generating some experimental
evidence for the structures.  I would also like to know how I can get
these programs and how easy they are to use.
