Hi netters: I just started to use Bio-Rad instead of Wizard miniprep. Altough the Bio-Rad resin is the same as the Magic, yet I had low yield of DNA than the Magic prep, even lower than the Wizard prep. Could anybody tell me some tricks? Thanks in advance Wei Zhao
