I'm looking for a protocol to purify (in a 96 well format) templates from
unincorporated dyed terminators in  sequencing reactions coming off the ABI 373A
sequncer. If you know of such a protocol or know where I may purchase 96 well
filter plates to developsuch a method I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
