Immunoscreen needed

[Mr. Steven Swift; BIOL; GRAD]

	I am working in S. cerevisiae and an looking for a protocol for
  immunoscreening mutagenized yeast colonies. I am looking for the presence
  of a specific plasma membrane protein (epitope tagged) for which I have 
  antibody against. I have seen some protocols (nitrocellulose/Ab) for
  E.coli but I need one for yeast colonies.
	Please E-mail me any yeast immunoscreening protocols or references
  you might have.
