Do anybody know how to quantify missense translation in vivo in eukaryotic cells ( HeLa and fibroblasts)?. We thought about using a cellular protein lacking one aminoacid, but what protein and how to quantitate it?, or is there any other way?. Please, if it is possible for you, answer by E-mail.
