Starting material

[*Anatomo Pathologie]

Hi,

Sorry to ask a very, very basic question. We are a histology lab. and are 
just starting with mol. biology techniques. In the first place we would 
perhaps do some IS hybrid. and we would also like to localize different 
membrane-bound proteins. We need some basic reading material. Could 
anyone suggest some basic books, specially focused to histologists. We 
have some peptides in mind, how do we start from here?
