Reverse transcriptase

I have had many, many problems with Promega's AMV-RT.  Basically, it was not
RTing at all (many batches were tried)........eventually, I swithced to Gibco's
'superscript' RT and obtained excellent, long length cDNA.  I highly suggest
trying Gibco's RT.
