Help wanted for heparinised blood PCR I have received some valuable blood samples which have been taken in heparin tubes. I recall reading that heparin inhibits PCR, is this so? Can anyone give me some help on how to treat heparinised blood so as to make it PCRable. Thanks Brian J Scrimshaw Wellington New Zealand
