We are interested in identifying a gene using a degenerate oligo. We have N-terminal sequence of the protein of interest and want to use a reverse translated oligo to identify the gene. We would appreciate suggestions/experiences on designing, labeling, and hybridizing degenerate oligos. Thanks in advance, PTH JAD
