I use TAE for running DNA on agarose up to three times with no ill
effects, but I change my 0.22M formaldehyde MOPS buffer for
Northerns every time. However, I do occasionally use yellowed
10X MOPS without problem. This is probably a FAQ, but what
exactly is the matter with yellowed MOPS anyway?
