Dear netters,
Has anyone tried GIBCO BRL's UDG cloning method? We routinely use it for
expression cloning of genes. Normally we can capture a PCR product from genomic
DNA after 5-8 PCR cycles. The low cycle number is used to minimize introduction
of mutations by Taq. All comments welcome....and yes, I am affilated with
developing this technology. I am interested in successes, failures, complaints,
whatever.
Thanks.
