library screening with degenerated oligomers

Hi:

I am trying to use degenrated oligomers derived from consensus amino acid sequences to screen cDNA library, and need suggestion in the following parameters.

1)how much oligomers to use in relation to the degree of degeneracy of oligomres
2)what temperature to use in the hybridization
3)the washing condition

Other tips or a working protocol are appreciated.
