Add all the reagents to your PCR tube except: enzyme and DNA template. Irradiate this on a UV lightbox for 20 minutes. Primers are o.k. to add to the mixture if they are under 25 bases in length. They will not cross-link at this size because they are too small. Good luck! C. Newlin
