We wish to recover and clone (without reamplification) RAPD-PCR bands 
from a silver stained acrylamide gel.  If we simply elute the DNA into 
Maxam and Gilbert elution buffer, would the silver interfere with 
cloning?  Can the silver be extracted?  Would electrioelution of the DNA 
be better?
