Inverse PCR

Hello-
I am interested in obtaining a protocol for inverse PCR. This technique
allows you to amplify a restriction fragment cut by one enzyme. If the
fragment of interest has a known marker (You do a Southern first ), you ligate
the ends of the restriction fragment, thereby circularizing it and you can use
2 primers within the known sequence to do PCR.
