selection of recombinant virus I am using TK- cell line. My problem is that although I do see lot of blue plaques after x-gal staining none of them is positive for my gene. I will graetly appreciate if somebody out there who is using the similar system could give me hints or good protocol. Thanks in advance Ashu Sharma
