sma I chewing back - any suggestions?

I have had trouble in the past with sma I chewing back and causing
difficulties with blunt-end cloning.  I found that this problem was
highly lot dependent even from companies like Gibco/BRL which tend to
sell high quality reagents.  Therefore, I suggest that you get sma I
from several different companies/lots and try your protocol again
