chloroplasts & rho factor?

It is known that chloroplasts have an RNA polymerase much like that of
E. coli - with 2 alphas, a beta, and a beta prime subunit. Does anyone
know if termination can be brought about with a rho-like factor in the
chloroplast? In other words, does the chloroplast RNA polymerase
recognize rho termination signals?
Any help or pointers would be appreciated.
Thanks.
