We have just recently swapped from Magic maxi preps to Qiagen maxi's
I have sequenced my preps twice since then both times with good results.
We use the Sequenase system and denature the DNA using 1M NaOH (1ul) for 5 mins
at 42C then neutralize with 1ul 1M HCl.
