Antisense oligos

[Dr. C.P. Healy]

I am planning some antisense experiments and need some information about oligo
design. What I need to know primarily is "Is it necessary for the antisense
site to be at the 5' cap of the mRNA?" If not, are there any other factors which

are important when designing antisense experiments? Semd replies to me and I'll
post if we get enough info. Thanks -Chris
