I had good experience with the Schleicher & schuel l BT 1000 Biotrap, using their protocol and BT1 and BT2 membranes. Got high yield and no degradation, It takes between 4 hours for small proteins to overnight for big ones. Good luck Gidi. lpbaum at weizmann.weizmann.ac.il
