Hi, Could anyone help answer these questions I have about cosmids. 1. What is the stability of a 45kB cosmid in an E. coli host, does it tend to lose the cosmid very easily? 2. What is a rough copy number for cosmids in E. coli? Thanks in advance Jeff Bray
