I'm looking for a clone of tubulin, preferably from pea (Pisum sativum) or other plants, but I'm not picky. Needed for constitutive control on some northerns I've done of mRNA from wound-induced etiolated pea stems and also from noninduced tissues. I've already tried maize actin with mixed results. I'm open to other suggestions, also.
Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Michael Frank
