Grad Work Proposal

I am in need of some information for the completion of my graduate proposal.  My
plans are to microfabricate a supporting and seiving matrix for protein 
electrophoresis.  My device will be miniturized so that only small samples will
be required for analysis.

I need the approximate labor and material costs for sample prepartion and gel
preparation.  The cost of culturing cells in-vitro and the sample yield would
also be helpful.
