HELP! DIG-labeling by RT

[KUROKAWA]

$B!!(BI am interested in synthesizing sea urchins cDNA by reverse 
transcription from a total poly A RNA fraction.$B!!(BI would like
to use a DIG labeling method but have not been able to obtain
enough information on experimental condition and method.
$B!!(BI would appreciate any informetion on cDNA DIG labeling or 
RT-PCR cDNA labeling methods. If you have any informetion
