Converting recA to rec+

Hi folks,

Does anyone have an easy way to change a recA1 E.coli (Invitrogen TOP10)
back to rec+. I know I can do P1 transduction (assuming I can find
something linked and selectable close to recA). Can I get revertants 
of recA1 ie if I UV irradiate will I select for revertants etc?

All help appreciated.
